  • How can I book an appointment?

    Visit our contact us page for further details on how to book. We are open five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday.

  • When should I arrive for my appointment?

    We recommend that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. It is the best way to relax without worrying about being late or missing your appointment time. One of our staff members will assist you upon arrival.

  • Can you help me choose haircare products?

    Yes, our hair stylists have decades of experience assisting men and women with their hair needs. We can recommend products based on your lifestyle, budget and hair type.

  • Do you allow kids at the salon?

    Not only can you bring your kids with you to the salon, you can also get their hair cut here!

  • Can you help me with scalp problems?

    Yes, we specialise in a range of scalp treatments that can help you with hair or scalp issues. It is best to book an appointment with one of our specialists and to specify that you wish to discuss a scalp problem. We can meet with you, address the issue, assess your hair and scalp and recommend the next steps to resolve the issue.

  • Do you handle large groups?

    Yes, we can handle larger groups for style cuts, colouring and up-styling appointments. We offer wedding upstyles, which means you can come in with your bridal party for exceptional styling ahead of your big day.
